The Tech Foodie Blog is an idea suggested by my friend Cathy Arreguin, after a few pictures I posted of homemade dinners on my Facebook page. Like Cathy, I am an educational technology expert with a special preference for virtual worlds, video games and other fun emerging technologies for teaching and learning. So since my Facebook page is strictly for family and friends, here is a public space to share with everyone. I have another blog “EducEdge“, but I created it to be a portfolio of my professional interests. Consequently, it can be a bit obscure for those not in the field.
The Tech Foodie blog finally takes off after my friend Elena, a Metropolitan Educational Theater mom like me, showed me her blog A Casarella this weekend and how fast it took off. As a fellow full-time mom and craft-lover, I LOVE her blog and felt compelled to create my blog too. So here is the Tech Foodie blog: A blog where I post my latest recipes, crafts, and some fun video games I’ve tried and let my kids play. I hope that you will enjoy this tech mom’s blog as much as I enjoy sharing my bits and bites. Cheers!
